Special features of our Business Owners Package policies:

• Property coverage: includes computer equipment and scientific instruments, which are often endorsed and scheduled separately on many insurance policies. This provides coverage for these expensive items even if you forget to tell us about any newly purchased items.
• General liability coverage: includes unnamed joint ventures, additional insured as required by contract, aggregate limits that apply on a per contract basis and an automatic waiver of subrogation. Often these items are charged for on a per endorsement basis. Our policies do not charge additional fees for these items.
