We began offering Recruiting Services in 1994. Our focus is finding qualified staff for our A/E clients on a fee for service basis. Krysten Bernal heads up our recruiting services department.

We work on a fee basis and as such you set the pace and direction of our efforts. Throughout the process, your identity is kept confidential until a candidate has expressed a sincere interest in considering a new position.

Through a combination of executive search, advertising and referrals, we contact dozens if not hundreds of potential candidates to find a fit to your needs.

We also own the web based recruiting site www.AEjob.com which helps us identify potential candidates and referral sources. Our approach allows us to identify prospects in any particular region or market. The result is that we can help you recruit the kind of people that can attract new clients and other professional staff.
