I am forwarding an email from our insurance agent (Matthew Copus) that we use for our professional liability, general liability and auto coverage. We’ve been using Hall & Company for 3 years now and they’ve been able to find the most competitive rates in years. They also have an online client portal that I use to print out certificates of insurance that we need for clients that is really easy to use. We also use them to review client contracts and they offer recommendations on any changes that should be made. And all of this is at no charge to us. Regarding our services:  Here’s the brokerage firm that I have been using for the last 15 years for our insurance coverage.  Their web site is very easy to use and adding “additional insured” to your policy is a straightforward process and generally happens very quickly.  You will enjoy working with Hall & Company.  Each year they present a competitive list of insurance carriers who are willing to compete for your business and underwrite your policy.  Over the last 40-years of practice I have only made one Insurance claim and unfortunately that was two years ago.  Hall and Company took me step-by-step through the process and were there when I needed them.    Brian Harron, November 15, 2016

Melissa – This sounds great!  I’m so glad we were open to your marketing efforts a couple of years ago.  I really had no idea that insurance agents could be so good to deal with and so darn responsive.  It always seemed in the past like we were doing them favors for bringing them our business only to find they were overcharging us when compared to the market we serve years down the road.
