Ryan Kohler is an attorney based out of Southern California that works extensively in the architecture and engineering world, with a practice focus on focuses on professional liability, contract and transactional negotiation, business litigation, and construction law. He has counseled parties on a wide range of issues including contract formation, risk management, and claim or fee resolution in trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings regarding licensing issues with the State of California.
After four years in the U.S. Air Force and then undergraduate school, Ryan moved west to attend the University of Southern California School of Law, graduating in 2005. He is admitted to the California state and federal Bars, and is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar and Pasadena Bar Association. His recent publications include What to Do When the California Architects Board Comes Calling, Contract LOL – No Laughing Matter, and Standard of Care and Code Compliance.
